- All graduates from NUZVID, SRIKAKULAM, ONGOLE and R K VALLEY Campuses, who have passed their Bachelor Engineering Degree Programmes during Academic Years 2021-22 and 2022-23, may register and attend for convocation and those who cleared all the dues, will receive ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES
- Don't use extra zero before your date and Use only first three characters in your month from YOUR DOB format.
- DOB format has to follow as like DD-MMM-YY(ex. 9-Jan-94, 2-Jul-93, 11-Dec-92)
- DOB format may be changed for few students. Please try with changing of date and month in your DOB.
- Registration for 6th convocation is OPEN. Date and TIME SCHEDULE of CONVOCATION WILL BE UPDATED SOON

Students attending the convocation in person should need to pay an amount of Rs. 1000/- and for In-Absentia Rs. 1000/- + 500/-. through online SBI Collect. link for payment of convocation fee
- Student is instructed to pay the registration fee before starting of REGISTRATION PROCESS. Complete the payment process under The Director, RGUKT R K Valley in Examination/Convocation section from list of options
